- What areas do you cover?
- We're based in the North West and regularly work across Cheshire, Shropshire, North Wales and the wider North West of England. If you're outside that radius for the right project, get in touch — we travel for work that suits us.
- How much does a typical renovation cost?
- Every project is priced individually because the scope, finish level and access vary so much. We'll always give you a written, itemised quote after a site visit so there are no surprises — and we don't charge for that visit.
- Are your fire doors certified?
- Yes. We install certified FD30 and FD60 doorsets with full traceability and signed-off paperwork — frame, leaf, ironmongery and intumescent strips all matched to the certification.
- How long does a kitchen fit-out take?
- A straight kitchen swap usually takes 2–3 weeks once materials are on site. A kitchen as part of a wider renovation runs longer and we'll set that out clearly in the quote with milestones.
- Do I need planning permission for an extension?
- Sometimes — and sometimes it falls under permitted development. We'll talk you through it on the first visit and, if drawings or a planning application are needed, point you at architects we trust.
- How quickly can you start?
- Lead times vary by season, but we'll always be honest about when we can realistically begin. For urgent commercial work (fire-door remediation, etc.) we keep some capacity available.
